Returns & Warranty

  • We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you full replacement or full refund including postage/shipping.
  • All equipment sold by CaterCentral is supported by the manufacturer’s warranty period and any terms and conditions that may apply under said warranty.
  • If the Commercial Warranty terms are not stated for a particular item, contact us to find out the warranty period.
  • Equipment for commercial use generally comes with one of two types of standard warranty:
    1. Onsite warranty – applicable to items weighing over 40 kilograms.
    2. Return to manufacturer warranty – applicable to smaller bench top equipment. Transport costs and arrangements associated with manufacturer return warranties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Equipment not used or installed as per the manufacturer’s recommendations may void your warranty.
  • Equipment not installed by a licensed tradesperson where the manufacturer has stipulated a licensed tradesperson is required will also void your warranty.
