In the hospitality industry, manual polishing takes a lot of time, as each piece of cutlery is individually cleaned of residues. This time-consuming polishing process is now 
a thing of the past, because with the new, patent-pending CUTLERY PREMIUM feature,  

HOBART has managed to integrate this function into a dishwasher.

• Front door glass and dishwasher with deeper wash chamber and optional double rack system

For machine protection the water hardness should not exceed 3°dH, if higher we recommend using an integrated water softener or an external water softener of the product line HYDROLINE PROTECT.

To avoid spots and streaks on the wash ware, we recommend the usage of an demineralisation cartridge (PURITY / PURITY EXTRA) or a reverse osmosis system HYDROLINE PURE.
