Freestanding tilting electric bratt pan in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Top designed for flush alignment with hermetic seal supplied.
Cooking tank with manual lifting mechanism, in stainless steel, 80-litre capacity, with 10 mm gauge bottom in Duplex.
Rectangular with radiused corners for improved cleaning.
Double skinned lid with drip zone at rear to convey condensate into the pan, fitted with sturdy AISI 304 stainless steel hinges with spring balancing.
Pushbutton controlled automatic tank filling with water.
Fixed water tap positioned on the top.
Satin-finish tubular AISI 304 steel handle with front grip, joined to lid.
High efficiency heating with diecast aluminum thermoblocks in direct contact with the tank bottom.
Heat control knob shaped to prevent water infiltration, equipped with integral indicator lights for instant recognition of heating and correct operation of the appliance.
Thermostat controlled temperature adjustable from 100°C to 280°C.
