The RG-250 diwash is a high volume vegetable preparation machine with more than 50 different cuts. Slice, crimp, julienne, shred/grate, dice & potato chip – 1,000 portions/day, 10kg/minute.

The “RG-250 diwash” has all the same great features of the RG-250 with the added benefit that all removable parts in contact with food are dishwasher safe. This makes it ideal for use in nursing homes, aged care centres and hospitals, or other settings where dishwasher sanitization is required.

The removable machine parts are treated with a patented coating, preserving the components from damage caused by harsh dishwasher chemicals and allowing them to be safely cleaned.

Ergonomics in all stages
The leaning design means that the feed cylinder is always positioned at the right angle – the machine is easy to top up. Furthermore, the ergo loop handles provides easy leveraged feeding reducing manual power required to operate the machine and allowing you to work with both your left and right hands.  We recommend the vertically adjustable Hallde machine table to ensure you always work at the right height when using the machine.

Safe and quick top ups
Thanks to the automatic start and stop function, the machine stops as soon as the pusher plate is swung aside. When it is swung back the machine restarts and you can continue working. The RG-250 diwash also has a full moon cylinder that can hold larger quantities and whole products. These features provide a real advantage, particularly when larger volumes are involved.

Double safety against unprotected cutting tools
If the feed cylinder is removed the power is cut. Thanks to this double security there is no risk of the machine starting with an unprotected cutting tool.

Developed for the best hygiene
The RG-250 diwash is manufactured solely from hygiene certified material. All removable parts in contact with food are dishwasher safe. The machine is also designed with even surfaces, rounded edges and without recesses to avoid food residue accumulation.

Easy cleaning
For quick cleaning, all loose parts are simple to remove for easy rinsing of the machine. The pusher plate and feed cylinder are removable and can be cleaned under running water. All removable parts in contact with food are dishwasher safe.

Only the best material
Machine base, feed cylinder and pusher plate are all made of robust metal. Only top quality stainless steel is used to manufacture the cutting tool knife blades.

Easy to move
Given the output of product, the machine is relatively small ensuring that it doesn’t take up a lot of space in the kitchen. Also, the generous sized handle on the back aides ease of movement around the kitchen.

Highest possible reliability
The powerful motor has a high starting and running torque and powers the direct-driven cutting tool. There are no belts or intermediate connections, rather, the power from the motor goes via a maintenance free gear drive. This makes the RG-250 diwash an exceptionally reliable machine – irrespective of the products you are preparing.

Cutting tools with complete register
The wide range of cutting tools means the RG-250 diwash can handle every conceivable task. The RG-250 diwash slices, dices, shreds, grates, cuts juliennes and crimping slices – everything from firm to soft products. As the knife blades and grating plates are replaceable, there is no need to buy new cutting tools when the blades wear out.

Always perfect cutting results
The rotation speed of the cutting tools is optimised for cutting fine and even slices as efficiently as possible. The knife blades are purposely sharpened to avoid inertia or the edge breaking off.

Warranty Application Process
The extension application form must be completed and returned to Hallde within 30 days of purchase. Send the form, including a copy of your purchase invoice direct to Hallde in Sweden.
