The SMART+ features V AIR's unique Ventilation Technology so the machines can be situated next to each other, maximising counter space.
This technology also means the SMART+ can freeze down frozen cocktails containing alcohol at a much faster rate than conventional slush machines. 

Cyclic Reverse - Unified Freezing

The SMART+ blender features cyclic reverse, which automatically reverses the direction of the bowl mixer after 10 minutes to ensure that frozen drinks are perfectly mixed without any clumps of frozen ice. This unique feature guarantees a more unified consistency for frozen drinks.
